Overview
Inventory management tracks every piece of equipment in your operation β from frames and boxes to treatments, jars, and tools. Know what you have, where it is, and when you need to reorder.
Items can be categorized by type and associated with specific apiaries. Track quantities, purchase dates, and costs. The system alerts you when stock falls below your configured minimum thresholds.
For treatment tracking, the inventory system integrates with your hive records. When you log a treatment on a hive, the corresponding inventory count decreases automatically.
How It Works
Tap the Inventory tab in the bottom navigation bar.
Add items with quantity, category, and optional location/apiary.
Update quantities as you use or purchase items.
Review low-stock alerts and reorder as needed.
