Overview
Smart Alerts keeps you on top of critical hive management tasks. The system analyzes your inspection history, seasonal calendar, and treatment schedules to proactively notify you when action is needed.
Alerts cover: overdue inspections, treatment reminders, seasonal task windows (spring buildup, fall preparation), queen age milestones, and health score declines. Each alert includes a recommended action and a link to the relevant hive.
You can customize alert priorities and notification preferences. Critical alerts (like a queenless hive or high mite count) are always surfaced prominently, while routine reminders can be adjusted to your inspection cadence.
How It Works
Alerts appear automatically on your dashboard as priority chips based on your hive data.
Tap any alert chip to see the full context and recommended action.
Dismiss alerts once you've taken action — the system recalculates after your next inspection.
Configure push notification preferences in Settings to control how you're alerted.
