Not Professional Veterinary Advice: The App is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified apiarist or veterinarian with any questions you may have regarding bee health. Pocket Hive does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated diagnoses and is not liable for any colony loss, disease spread, or financial loss resulting from reliance on the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable local, state, and national laws regarding beekeeping and agriculture.
By uploading photos or audio to Pocket Hive, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process this content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's services (e.g., generating inspection reports). We do not claim ownership of your data.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POCKET HIVE AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APP.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
